Okay, sorry no pic (cuz I ate it too fast), but I had a very strong *need* for bowl of cereal tonight. But of course, that's just not gonna happen :-(. Then I remembered reading something. I put a 1/2 cup cashew milk, 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp sweetener, and a 1/2 tsp maple extract into my ninja for just a sec, then poured it over a serving of plain pork rinds, broken into "cereal" size bites. Oh. My. Word. My crunch/sweet craving was instantly satisfied and my belly feels full. 99 calories, 6g fat, 8g protein, and 0.6g carbs.
