Well it's been a stressful few weeks what with the build up to my best friends wedding. We finally got to celebrate on Saturday and I am so immensely proud of her and her new husband (also a best friend!!).
However, it does mean I spent all weekend eating carb-rich foods and drinking lots of bubbles! Using today to food prep and get bacon on track - I've just realised I meant BACK on track... but I feel bacon is appropriate so I've left it there ha!
Setting my mini goal of hitting 240lbs by December 1st. LETS DO THIS!
