So.... I'm obese! I'm starting this in baby step, my first goal is to be overweight and then after I'll be working to be in a healthy weight range for my height. I've been fat my entire life and honestly I don't think I've ever been in my healthy weight range... when I met my husband I was 10 lbs overweight and its went up from there! I've never felt good, I'm always tired and slugish and I hate to see my body in the mirror so I'm hoping by doing the atkins diet that I can work on feeling good from the inside out.
