Stayed the same again despite a great week food wise! I think I must be at the right weight for my height now as had three weeks sticking to Keto regime and no movement on the scale. Movement on the sale of our house though, had a viewing last week, the lady knows the house from years ago, she loves our renovations and seems keen, according to feedback we received, so watch this space.
