Up a bit to 210.0 as I had a bad diet day yesterday.
I felt good really, and ate not an unusually bad lunch. We went to lunch late due to work issues, so I did not opt for salad. Funny, with weighing in daily, I am firm in the belief I can toss some quick weight loss in simply by choosing salads. Anyway, that was out the window as we went about an hour late to lunch, and by that time I was starving!
After work is where the real problem kicked in. I did not ride the bike, to let my legs rest and I felt lazy.
As Keld would say, the carb monster hit me. I ate a bigger dinner than usual, chicken and healthy stuff, just too much. Then I ate graham crackers with PB & Nutella and a Banana. Sure, not crazy unhealthy, but still overboard for a Tues.
Then I felt guilty, lol.
Anyway, today will be a great diet day. I have good intentions anyway.
