Been reading a lot about the benefits of vinegar on blood sugar levels and about it's benefits in weight loss. Also came accross a vinegar drink for before my evening meal. I am going to try it. Don't think it will hurt, other than tasting bad, and if my blood sugar levels benefit from it - Even better. WISH ME LUCK :)
