We just got done with a mother-daughter slumber party at our house last night to this morning. It was lots of fun but I ate horribly!! Taquitos and other snacks last night and 1 1/2 big, fluffy and delicous Rhodes cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Now I will really have to step it up a notch and eat perfectly and w/o hard this week. My belly is puffy and all the sugar doesn't feel too good. Since I did cut loose and enjoy it, I am fine with getting very focused now again. I want to lose and stay on track and see those numbers get down and my clothes to feel looser. Hope you all have a good weekend.

Sounds like you had a great time, and you've got to be able to have fun every now and again! At least you got a reminder that sugar doesn't actually make you feel that good in the longer run! Get back on track and you'll see the 140s in no time!!
