starting to get some loose skin under arms and in belly area... any tips on getting rid or minimizing loose skin in a weight loss journey?

Thanks Tracy. 305 Starting a year ago. Hitting a plateau around 235-240. Gotta change something. I have always power walked for cardio. Thinking of changing to something else to keep my body guessing. what do you do for cardio?

I do alot of circuit training workouts and walking. I end up doing a workout from Youtube in the morning and then walking later in the day. Just keep going! As long as you are moving and using your muscles, that's what is important!
