Focus on one day at a time. Force yourself to see the postive and block out the negative. Talk to someone to vent..don't fall into a hole of darkness- climb out of it

Me too, my therapist told me I need to do just that; not forever, but just go somewhere by myself with no distractions for a few days. Sometimes it’s necessary to recharge your state of mind!
