So I spent the last month doing everything that I could to eat unhealthy. It wasn't something that I set out to do. With my kids home for the summer we seem to be going out a lot and end up eating junk. French fry stands, ice cream stops etc. Also my beloved dog had to be put to sleep when she suddenly got very sick. I have been mourning her like crazy. When I stepped on the scale and saw how much I had gained back I was actually really sad. I almost said screw it I don't need to lose weight but then I started to feel quite sick. My body just wasn't use to this junk any more. After two days of feeling down right crappy I woke yesterday and said enough was enough. I had one more short glass of pop then dumped the rest down the drain. The rest of the day I ate healthy and I got up early this morning and went for a walk, first time since my dog past away. I am going back to tracking what I eat and when I work out. It was working for me before so that is what I am going to do now. I actually think it was important for me to have this set back because it has made me realize how much I actually want to do this. Let's do this.
