Down 20# since joining the FS community June 1, 2018. Thank you to everyone who'se commented, answered my many questions and just given support/suggestions along the way - you all ROCK! It's amazing what a difference 20# makes in the way I feel and the way I look. Healthier and happier are words that comes to mind. Confident is another one that fits. I'm not done by a long shot but it's nice to reach milestones and review progress, what's worked and what needed to be changed along the way.
