ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
I keep thinking I'm doing right - I think my diet is in check - I'm really making an effort at the gym - could it be I'm gaining heavy muscle? I've lost weight before - exercising less and eating way less but I'm trying to do it healthier. I'm just being impatient. I need to keep going strong - I didn't gain this weight overnight - it probably isn't going anywhere overnight. Talk some sense into myself. Besides if nothing else I'm healthier than when I started... I don't feel it though - I'm tired and feel kinda crappy to be honest. Today is pick up multivitamin day - I have been taking 4 fish oil a night (part of this plan thats not working lol) I've ranted I'm not sure if I feel better but I'm not giving up - not today. Today is for trying harder than yesterday...

The goal this week is 1.6 lbs. Half of what I lost last week.

You have very little to lose and your already at a low weight, so it will be harder and take longer to get off. It takes a lot of work for woman to gain an actual pound of muscle. Most likely any ups and downs will be from your muscles retaining water from working out. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight and daily fluctuations. I would stick with 1200 calories a day and be strict. Work out and drink water to flush out sodium. Your diet looks healthy. Keep it at it and it will happen. Patience and persistence.

I did google "why the scale lies" I read a great article - and it helped to put things in perspective. I went to the gym today and continued with the right foods - patience and persistence. Your input was encouraging - and I learned a thing or two a well! Thanks!!!
