Well I had my second session with the trainer yesterday and he was great! He worked me hard. His motto is start out hard and end hard. He had me running up and down the basketball court, jumping jacks (I hate those), and lunges (I hate those too). I did crunches and lots of cardio. He did my measurements and I must say I did not like the measurements that he took. Therefore, I really have to get moving. I hope to stay motivated. I am going to weight today and see if I have lost anything. I know that my fat has already started coming down. My fat was 49% and something and my fat is 48% and something. The trainer said to concentrate on the fat lost and not the numbers on the scale.

OMG! I can so relate to hating the lunges!!! Sounds like you are doing a fantastic job~ keep up the great work! I have been working with a trainer since Thanksgiving, and have decreased my body fat significantly~ I started at 41% and when I was measured (about 5 weeks ago) I had dropped to 34.8%.... it can be discouraging to look at the numbers on the scale because that is what we've always been trained to do~ but I am trying really hard to focus on how my clothes fit~ and they are definitely getting much bigger! You are also going to be amazed at how much better you feel, and stronger~ more powerful! Congratulations on your continuing success!
