I admit, the last few days my body has been so swollen. I'm not sure why. And time I do any work like mow the lawn, cut trees of my roof lol, work out my body screams at me. in the mornings I walk like an 85 yo and my hands are swollen. this is typical for me. hopefully my new doc can help me with this and hopefully the thyroid meds will help with some of it. just mowing the lawn I gained 3 pounds in water retention. that's crazy, I need to be able to take care of myself and do my chores or I need to sell the house because I can't take care of it. uhh. I don't want to live like this at 50! keto on today. it's a great lifestyle! even if my weight is stuck like glue. my average calories last week were about 1350 a day and carbs at 6% most days I'm shooting for under 20. until I start losing, I'm not fooling with almond flour or coconut flour. too many carbs. have a great day!
