Gained weight, gained cm around thighs, thought I was okay regarding my relationship with food but last night after looking at myself in the mirror it all came flooding back.
I hate food. It can’t seem to do anything right for me. I went on to the Banting diet cz I thought it would be the easiest transition and best way to keep losing weight after getting out of anorexia
But I’ve gained weight. The only thing that ever seems to work for me is starving myself; which at this point is very appealing.
Literally too scared to eat, don’t know how I’m going to cope today, or tomorrow...I just feel done

Try intermittent fasting. But also try do a 36 hour fast towards end of week after a cheat meal. Med's might be Makin u retain water.

i looked at your pictures posted of your meals. they are very high in calaries and fatty. u should stay away from process foods. eat boiled eggs not fried. u need a new meal plan and u will most definitely see a weight loss

Fat is fine especially if it's on banting and in line with macros. It's just lots of low carb products have hidden sugars which increase the appetite, especially the breads

I am both doing the intermittent fasting and Banting, my carbs usually come to less than 40 a day (a lot of days they stay below 30 even). I get an average of 60g of healthy fats (meat, coconut oil, eggs, etc) and have an average of 1000-1200 cals a day. My meds do increase water retention sadly
However I have noticed that I indulge a bit in the sugar free and low carb chocolates quite a bit...and I know they do also raise your insulin and keep you craving sugar, so that’s something I’m now going to massively cut down on. Even tho I knew before they weren’t necessarily good for weight loss I hadn’t realized just how often was too often.
Also I’m now going to put in effort to exercise (which I’ve always had an aversion to, even tho I know it would help so much better).
