4 weeks in row with a gain...no idea wtf is going on..but my clothes are not getting tighter hell my sister told me my swimsuit looked to big me on me...I have to remind myself that the scale does not define my weight loss journey...how I feel and how my clothes fit do! So yes another gain but I’m going to stop! Eye of the tiger!! 🐅 🐯

Count the NSV, its not always the scale, I went for months with no weight loss, but my belt was going down a few notches..

Thanks all!! Not giving up that’s for sure! I donated blood on Tuesday with the Red Cross and my blood pressure was excellent! One thing my doctor told me had to work on so I know it’s paying off:)

Last one day longer than you lack of progress and you will see the light of success again.

Truth? You cut from 183.2# in May 2017 to a low of 172.8# in Jan 2018. That's an excruciatingly slow cut, but progress nonetheless, so we know you can do it. Since then it's been straight up fcukarounditis. Many days missed food logging. Given that and your results, likely more than a couple days with incomplete food logs as well. The ideas that "the scale doesn't define weight loss" and that you are "gaining muscle," while likely consoling, do not serve you well if you actually want to reach your stated goal of 140#. Losing those 37# will entail getting serious. If you actually want to pursue that goal, here are some immediate steps you can take to put you on your way. 1) Fast for 48 hours. You will get immediate scale movement and will break yourself of the notion that you must always eat. 2) Clean all that sh^t food out of your house. Do it while fasted and run all those crackers and cereal, or whatever might be your personal kryptonite, right down the disposal. Be selfish. Highly therapeutic. 3) Get your logging back on track. 100% of your intake. Every single day. I think you know what to do with this one already. 4) Set-up your diet properly. I use 9 kcal/pound of target weight as a starting point. That's 1260/day for you. Not sure where you got your target calories from, but you have many days in June with targets approaching 3,000kcal, which is re-feed territory for me, and I am a 197# male lifter with <12% body fat. WTF, indeed. 5) FIND YOUR WHY. I know this is last, but it is the most important. Losing 37# is going to be a b^tch. Most people simply will not make the necessary sacrifices. To get yourself through the inevitable challenges, you must have a clear understanding of your reasons for working so hard. Here's mine. I am vain AF. I know just how to look at myself in the mirror, which clothes to wear, to accentuate my incompliant waistline. I suspect you may have similar "skills." One might argue that that is negative, but harnessed for the force of good, can be quite the opposite. Let's go! #getserious #alwaysdiet #justdonteat #grindtime
