Went to see the doctor yesterday, follow up visit from when he diagnosed me with type two diabetes. He was pleased with the weight loss and happy with the five miles a day walking. My numbers were great and my heart ultrasound showed a very healthy heart, even with the heart murmur. So I'm happy!
