Didn't do much yesterday - won't do much today. Even the indoor projects that need to be done have components that need to be done outside (metal shelves to be cut)- we're at 30 C (86F) - feeling like 42 C with Humidex - at 10:30 am. FRICK it's HOT! It's going to be another day at least before the heatwave breaks. Hubby suggested we go mall walking... I'll give it a try. He's more of a stroller than brisk walker - if it doesn't go well I'm going to see if the gym at work is open today or tomorrow. I just remembered this morning that it's free for staff all summer. A treadmill will do the trick.
June review - fist month tracking here on FS - and I LOVE it. Down 12 #, down on the tape measure - going to start a monthly selfie today - I'll share at some point - not brave enough for that yet.

Update: went mall walking - wasn't as bad as I expected - managed to sweat some. Hubby doesn't keep up well - this will have to be an extra workout in future weeks - I need at least 3 good workouts... Planning to go for a paddle after supper - we'll see how long I stay out - not sure hubby's coming with - we're at 33 C feeling like 40 C or 104 F.
