Day 2 Check - I did the gym (x2) and figured out my supplements way earlier in the day - so I'll be tired tonight. I am really proud of myself for following through even though my day didn't work out as planned I ate right - did my gym - drank my water and now I sleep to repair my muscles. I am really sore - not sure if I'll be able to do cardio in the morning but its upper body day and nothing hurts there - so giddy up. Ahhhhh I did so great and I feel like superwoman - love loving myself.
