So that was kind of a crazy morning - I was light headed - I def need to eat something before I head to the gym. Maybe my oatmeal and berries first - still on track for day 2 though - went for 20 min run this morning - gonna finish my errands and then head back... still have my core blast to go today - also want to power through 10 more min of cardio. Looking forward to results - felt great about myself today - people notice my attitude change right away - can't wait to see if Vern notices when he gets back in two weeks... gonna go get water - and I'll be back later (after gym)
