Heyyyy beautiful people, quick question..where do we log in our water? thanks in advance!

WOW i cannot believe that did not occur to me. I logged a vitamin pill but did not think of water. Ty both of you!

Thank you so much. I drink lots of water and green tea, I didn't think to add it with meals, I just assumed there was a designated place lol. I'm new to fs, so I'm sure I'll have more questions. Thank you again!! 😀

Good question. I drink about a gallon a day.

I drink and log about one gallon a day as well.

When i decide to log it here, i put it under 'snacks/other'. I was logging it on another site but lately i haven't been logging it(bad me).

Does logging water make a difference? I didn't think it mattered if it is calorie free or are you referring to like vitamin or sparking water?

I log it in the food diary in ozs, or cupfuls, either with the meal or under drinks/snacks .. I aim for 5 pints/100 oz per day, but I have EDS hyper mobility, so I need a bit more fluid than normal people 😉

I drink water with most meals. I don't log water here but I do on the Fitbit site...
