well, here we go again.haven't been on any kind of diet for a little while.didn't lose or gain weight,but i'm tired of looking this way.going to try to keep track of my calories and eat 6 times a day.have started belly dance excersizes.its better than just sitting around.hopefully i will start noticing results soon.
