I have notice that for me 180 it’s impossible. So now I am determined to set my goals to a close number and when I get there. Set my goal to something believable. To another closer number. And hopefully I will get there eventually. It’s so sad and I’m so ashamed.
154,2 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 13,2 kg.    Sisa: 40,8 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Do not get down on yourself, please! You have to be your own best friend, cheering yourself on and encouraging yourself. You will also get that hee on FS, but more importantly it has to come from within. You can do this, you already are by figuring out a strategy that works for you. Most of us here have made many adjustments, some still are. It takes time to get to know our body and what works and what doesn't, because we have ignored/neglected them for so long. Good luck, we are all rooting for you!
