Well, I did not fast this week and I had too much wine on Wednesday. I also had my menses and wasn't exercising or drinking much water.
The result- 0.5kg of water weight which seems to live in my arms.

Medication: 50mg Eltroxin Daily
Cutting alcohol for the rest of the month. Introduced green peppers, capers and lettuce- dont think the green peppers are agreeing with me- but I did enjoy their watery crunch. So I will try them cooked before making a final decision.
Mood has been down- that is also because of father's day and maybe some PMS. Could also have been the red wine. Menses was 4 days early- Day 1 not as painful as per usual- could walk and do stuff. My inflammation was a slight issue this week- both my knee and tailbone. Blaming alcohol.
Back to IF today- will do a long fast over the weekend. Have a liver that needs eating today.
