Well I know Iam not being great on the diet but I have been eating so much better!!! Work was so hectic today so this will start from yesterday yard work (thats gotta count for something) 20 Kickboxing 10 min treadmill two hamburgers with peppers,onions and salad and opps some wine today- an apple, orange, rice cake with reduce fat p.b. and bananas on top cheese cubes and grilled turkey cutlets For anyone out there with DIsh network they have an awesome MY WORKout there about 20-25min long with a yoga cool down and every day is different very cool. Have a fitness test in about amonth and need to diffently kick up the running----any suggestions????????
