Left 178lbs. Right 128. 7 months later. Y'all can do this! Dont give up! Always small, got married, got comfy, got asked if i was preggy 2xs in 2wks. I wasnt. Hubby joined me. Clean eating, exercise, dicipline, 2gthr w Gods help, lost 150lbs.

Getting asked if you are pregnant when you are not (or in my case, having someone just assume it aloud) suuuuuuuuucks. You look amazing. Ty for the inspiration.

Thank you so much! It did suuuuuucckkkk. Especially, the second time. I was in Wal-Mart and this lady went so far as to put her head on my stomach, rub it, and asked when I was due. I cried all the way home! I'm sorry someone also assumed that about you. Sometimes, people just open their mouths and don't think. You're so welcome!! Anytime!! :)

Keeping it off is about a change in lifestyle not a maintenance regime or effort>. Your outlook should be reprogrammed so all those terrible mistakes are reversed and your lifestyle has completely changed

A lifestyle change is exactly right! My husband and i never ever say the word diet. We realize it's about being healthy and making good choices, and holding one another accountable. We also understand that we're human, therefore, we're flawed, so we're going to have "off" moments and that's ok too. It really helps having a fantastic support system. 😁💗🙏😀

Thank you! It has been a wonderful journey for both of us. It's so funny because he has become a pilates and yoga guru while I'm savage with cardio. I love military workouts and taebo. He's great with lifting weights. We motivate and encourage one another through it all. He's my best friend. 💖
