So today is day 8. I started with a bagel and planned out the rest of my meals. Today as I was shopping it was amazing to me that I had to buy all brand name stuff because the cheaper stuff had more calories in it. Oh well I will dowhat ever it will take. Cant wait til I weigh my self again but not until next week.

I wonder what people are thinking when they are more than willing to spend big bucks on a 100 inch TV, but won't spend an extra penny on better quality food to fuel their bodies, make them healthier and improve their quality of life down the road. I am so proud of you for being willing to invest in your good health.

Your right abt ppl spending tons 0f money of tv adds but brand names are more expense and some ppl just dont have the money which makes it harder. Thankful I am not in that boat any more in my life. Thanks dfor your support
