9.0 hrs sleep, 0 hrs CPAP, 2.0 fatigue, RNeck 2, Joints 2

feeling pain from the workout yesterday. some cramping in lower left rear thorax. will stretch it out. Interesting how upper thorax/neck muscles felt more toned? hard to describe the feeling. Like the muscles are ready to do some work, to pounce, to lunge. very positive in any case. Interested to see how the day goes. Really want to get my standing desk finished. Sitting at the desk is negative, as my leg muscles/joints start hurting. Just not a good ergonomic thing. It's hell being 6'7" sometimes.
