Day 1. And so it begins. Drinking water like a mad woman! I normally am starving right before lunch, but today was able to make it to lunch without hunger pains. I have this strange scared feeling that somehow this is all going to backfire on me and I'm going to end up gaining weight. I am following this to the "T", so it shouldn't happen. It just doesn't seem logical that I should be able to eat this well AND lose weight! Time will tell.
