thanks i been on a yoyo diet with akins diet do induction phase for 5 days then i blow it on weekend on eating out i need to loose 40 pounds i need to be stronger but i am being so weak i need support my husband is so negative tells me is so unhealthy the way i eat?

It can be depending on what you are eating. Atkins is a natural healthy way of eating. Consume your 1500-1800 calories, drink plenty of water, have your 12-15 net carbs of veggies. What could be so unhealthy about that?
