did so so over the weekend. I didn't go CRAZY but did indulge in wine and homemade spring rolls, and grape nuts cereal (had an intense craving for that!) with banana But for most part I ate well and didn't go completely sugar filled! Today I'm back on the 3 day fat stall breaker plan. MTW seems to work well for me for this. My son & his GF are here all this week but they seem to be supportive of my efforts. But they are not meat eaters so I'll probably just eat the meat of my plan at work, just so not to cause a big conversation about it all. I am making better choices about where the protein comes from by using organic and pasture raised eggs (some are better than others), organic butter and grass fed meats.
