I am now 3 lbs away from my new goal and almost 7 from my last goal.
I feel good about it and I aim to have lost the 7 pounds until the end of July (I know it may seem like a long time but I expect the change in my medication to disturb my weight loss).
Today I wore pants in the office ........
I first came in this office about 19 months ago and this is just the 3rd time that I were pants!!! The second was last Friday ...
Yeah to me and my new figure!!!

1181 kkal Lemak: 82,50g | Prot: 75,28g | Karb: 40,44g.   Makan Pagi: strained yogurt, edam, parizaki, spoonful of muffin. Makan Siang: sun dried tomatoe, red pepper, carrot, cabbage, parmesan, olive oil, arugula, beef. Makan Malam: sucralose, buttermilk 3% fat. Camilan/Lainnya: almond 6:30 pm, lurpak 6:30 pm, All Bran 6:30 pm, egg 6:30 pm, walnut 11 am, almond 11 am, All bran 11 am. lagi...
