My second day of walking five miles. I'm surprised how good I feel. The change in my diet has made the constant pain I've had in my side and back go away. I have more energy and I'm sleeping better than I have in years. My only challenge right now is dealing with my psoaratic arthritis. I haven't lost any more weight but my sugar has been great!
