i hate the scale. lol..when it doesnt move. i am happy i found something i can stick with and it gives me healthy options. i have no choice but to find diffrent veggies all the time because that is what i mostly eat. and i have my choice of protein. so that alone makes my calories go up and down so it wont stay consistant. thats a good thing. it wont go up or down to far maybe 100 to 200 calories. Sooooooooo i am going to only weight myself once every two weeks. It gets to addictive. thats what i tring to get rid of. addition to weight and exspecily food! only with Gods help.
