Thank you!!! I know that I need to stay active here to keep myself going!! I am bummed I have gained some weight back. But still way down from where I was!

Good to see you back. I know how you feel - I've been back and forth the same 5 or 6 pounds since March. I've been trying to get on track and have been doing okay for about 3 days.

@fritz 3 days is a great start!! I’m half a day in and I feel like I am starving. But I just keep drinking water with lime and some chia seeds and trying to avoid the kitchen. But it’s a BBQ day... so it’s hard to avoid! But I’m going to be making keto friendly jalapeño poppers!
