Yayy! 132.5 lbs... I am so happy to be back down there! I was drinking lots of water in the past 2 days... I mean lots! That helped my weight loss! I will continue to do so... also not eating after 7pm has been successful, so I will keep doing that too... the only thing that is not 100% is the gym.. I am still going to gym every second day... it's hard to find the time and the power to go daily... but soon... maybe!
