I saw the Physical Therapist for the first time on Friday. My home exercises I was assigned for my ankle are already paying dividends! Soon I'll be able to return to a more consistent exercise routine and I'll be able to adjust my calorie intake.
In other news, I'm packing up today for my trip to Minnesota. My family up there are foodies, so I'll definitely have less control, and less motivation to control, my diet. I'll still be eating healthy and I'm looking forward to some Walleye and Somali, German, Scandinavian and good ol' country food.
Also, I don't think anybody expects to see a skinnier me. I might be just as excited to surprise them ;)
