The scale is jumping around again. I don't know I thought it would be down, had a focused day with proteins and vegetables, no sugar no saltiness and all whole food. Plus great gym session, though a little tired from low calories still managed my 5krun 3krow and a good strength session... so honestly I thought we shaved some off of yesterdays score. However, I will keep strong.. I'm trying to work up to 5k every day .. but it is very difficult to make it in every single day.. on Sunday I managed 8.5k to make up a bit for missing a day .. but I'm improving. Best to all with your efforts.. how can I motivate to get in that gym every day !!
