What a week. Tomorrow is my weigh in day.. and at this point.. I am praying for not more than a 2 lbs gain. I have had a baaaaaaaaaad week. The only day I was on track was Monday. Saturday was a birthday party with pizza, cheesecake, ice cream and bread sticks. Sunday was a euchre group I sub for and they all bring some tasty dish. Monday was my ONLY good day. Tuesday I have no idea what was wrong with me, I had white castle with my husband late at night after I got him from the airport. Wed was bowling, but then I came home and had a slice of pizza with 3 cheese bread sticks at 11 pm at night. Thursday was a family get together because we have family in from out of town.. so it was a hot dog roast with chips and dip, cake and I had a real pina coloda. (tdf) Oh and did I mention TOM is here.. that came up on Wednesday. Right now I am starving.. my fingers are all puffy from all the freaking salt I have had, and I am terrified to go near the scale. But because I like to TRY to keep things up beat.. I have done my zumba 3 days this week. I still look silly doing it, but I am having fun with it and getting better.

Everybody has a bad week from time to time! I've only worked out 3 days out of 5 and that is very unusual for me - not to mention all of the delicious food I ate last night. Try not to be too hard on yourself. Maybe take a water pill if the sodium is making you retain water. It will be ok!

Jenju is right, we all have bad weeks :) Try not to add stress into the mix! I'm sure everything will be fine. We tend to phych ourselves out in the end.
