Thursday! I am tired, sleepy, but feel good!! I went to gym last night, whole body workout... increased the weight on some machines the last tme I went to gym... so I can feel it in my legs a little! I am so happy to see 133 lbs again... but I am sceptical that it will stay... I think there is much more work to do to get it down again! And I am up for it!! I am eating good and smaller portions and being as careful as I can be. Can't wait till the weekend I hope some good weather comes with it! Have a nice Thursday all!

You're at your lowest today, congrats Mimi! I'm sure it will stay if you keep up with the exercise and good eating habits. Don't deprive yourself though, the weight would come back with a revenge... Have a great day!

Depriving yourself can be a payback bi*ch lol... so I'd rather not push myself too hard suddenly... but go step by step, slowlier is safer!
