Sometimes you just want to throw that scale out the window and give up, but you are working so hard and the scale is just a number. It's how you feel that really counts, so as long as your feeling good don't give up and eventually the scale will resign itself to that fact and budge.

Maybe you aren't getting enough calories - you do a lot of exercise, and you body is in starvation mode? Just a thought - I am stuck too but it's because I eat too much. Hope you figure it out!

I have a funny metabolism these days - but believe me, I always get enough calories - hee hee!
I had been running a lot and I decided I needed a change so I started doing P90X - might just be the change.
Today I went for a run for the first time in almost a month so we shall see what we shall see.
