I was working out today and started feeling sick, so I stopped. I don't know if I didn't have enough energy from the lack of carbs. Oh well, I did get in 23mins of the elliptical machine. When I was in my 20's this was a lot easier. But I am confident I will pull through.

yep, sometimes I get sick also. I think it could of been from something I ate earlier. But there are also times I push myself quite a bit when exercising. So that could a reason also. Good you still got some quality time in on the ellips. Keep it up!
