My first slip off since I started the diet almost a month
ago. I was offered home made flapjacks and I have a relatively big piece.
I haven't had refined sugar and now I can't get rid of the sugar aftertaste and the guilt :(

Ditch the guilt - that’s what will tempt you away from the straight and narrow as you’ll think “ach, I’ve failed so what’s the point”. Remember the sugar aftertaste that you’re not enjoying and next time you’re tempted bring your mind back to now and ask yourself if it’s worth it. Look after yourself! 👍🏻
