Starting today I’m giving intermittent fasting another try! Mainly so I can teach myself some damn self control 😂

Wish me luck, I don’t know how long I’ll do it for; I’m starting with the simple 18 hours fasting and 6 hours of an eating window. Need to really start pushing this weight off at this point, not just remain at a standstill
