Ran 1 mile straight today. It took me 11 minutes. I was able to do it without stopping. Walked 0.5 miles and than ran the final 0.5miles in 5 minutes. Also walked an additional 0.5 miles. Will attempt a mile and a half without stopping by the end of next week.
