Today when I weighed in I have gained. But that is my own fault, not exercising and my carbs going over the 20g mark. I went shopping this past weekend, nothing fit. So time to really focus. I feel terrible both physically and emotionally.
I can lose, I have done it before and I can do it again.
I know Atkins works. I toy with trying Crack the Fat Loss Code again..but for now probably sticking to Atkins. I know it.
I am keeping on with induction until I can get my grams to 20 or less a day.
I am going to start exercising. I keep saying it, but reality is I am FAT and need to. I will feel better if I do also.
