Had way too many carbs for breakfast this morning, but it was healthy stuff and yummy too... I made a smoothie with 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 1/4 frozen wild blueberries (the tiny ones), 1/4 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup dark chocolate almond milk (that stuff is sinfully good!), and a teaspoon of chia seeds. I should have added more chia...the whole thing had 18 net carbs and 320 calories for about a cup and half. However, 3 hours later, I'm still full so it wasn't all bad, I guess.

Sounds like a good choice for the start of your day! If you think you are on the high side of carbs perhaps look to cut those back in later meals. Either way you are doing good things for yourself. Keep at it! You gots this! Keep the shiny side up out there today!
