Had way too many carbs for breakfast this morning, but it was healthy stuff and yummy too... I made a smoothie with 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 1/4 frozen wild blueberries (the tiny ones), 1/4 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup dark chocolate almond milk (that stuff is sinfully good!), and a teaspoon of chia seeds. I should have added more chia...the whole thing had 18 net carbs and 320 calories for about a cup and half. However, 3 hours later, I'm still full so it wasn't all bad, I guess.
